Frequently asked questions

Where is this ceiling light intended to be used?

It is intended for covered outdoor ceilings, including porches, entrances, verandas, passageways and covered terraces. It is ceiling mounted rather than a wall or in-ground fixture.

What are the dome, guard and inner diffuser made from?

The clear dome is glass, the curved guard bars are stainless steel and the perforated inner diffuser is metal. The base has a dark-grey appearance; its material and the stainless-steel grade are not specified.

Does the cage make it suitable for exposed rain?

The cage is part of the fixture's protective design, but no tested IP or weather rating is documented. The stated covered-area use does not establish suitability for direct rain, water jets or fully exposed mounting.

What dimensions can I use to plan the installation?

A reliable overall size and mounting-hole layout are unavailable. Do not use the lifestyle photographs to measure the fixture or plan drilling positions; they are placement illustrations, not scale drawings.

Which bulb or light source does it use?

The holder type, light-source count, maximum wattage and bulb dimensions are not documented. The perforated inner diffuser is a design feature and does not identify a compatible bulb.

Are voltage, dimming and installation hardware specified?

Voltage, dimming compatibility and included mounting hardware are not documented. The ceiling-mounted design alone does not establish the wiring arrangement, mounting-hole spacing or ceiling fixing requirements.

How should I clean it?

Switch off power before cleaning. Gently dust visible surfaces with a soft cloth and avoid abrasive cleaners.

Clean crystals gently with a soft cloth; avoid abrasive materials or chemicals.
