Frequently asked questions

What light source and power are specified?

The bollard is specified with an 18 W LED light source. This wattage does not establish the supply voltage, brightness, colour temperature or dimming compatibility; those details are not documented.

What is the bollard made from?

The listed materials are metal and acrylic. The design has a matte-black column body and a pale, vertically ribbed diffuser; the specific metal alloy is not identified.

Is it weatherproof or IP rated?

It is described as an outdoor garden and pathway bollard, but no tested IP rating is supplied. That intended use does not establish resistance to immersion, flooding or pressure washing.

How is it mounted?

It is ground mounted and has a circular base. Base dimensions, fixing-hole spacing, foundation requirements, cable-entry details and included mounting hardware are not documented.

What are its dimensions?

Verified overall height, column width and base diameter are unavailable. Garden photographs show a placement concept and should not be used as a scale drawing.

Is the LED replaceable or supplied with a driver?

The information identifies an LED light source but does not specify a replaceable bulb socket, LED-module serviceability or driver inclusion. A compatible replacement or power supply cannot be selected from the 18 W rating alone.

How should I clean it?

Switch off power before cleaning. Gently dust visible surfaces with a soft cloth and avoid abrasive cleaners.

Clean crystals gently with a soft cloth; avoid abrasive materials or chemicals.
