Return and Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy

  • ✔ In case there is an order cancellation. Please do so before it is shipped. Once the product is shipped it can't be cancelled using our website.

Return/Exchange Policy

  • ✔ Return/Exchange window is 5 days after delivery and available for selected products only. You have to notify us within 48 hours of the delivery. The return information is available on the product page on the website. The return policy of a product can be changed without prior notice.
  • ✔ In case we do not have pick up service available at your location. You would have to self-ship the product to our office Address.
  • ✔ Return/Exchange charges may apply on case to case basis.
  • ✔ You will be charged 15% of re-stocking fees on the invoiced MRP.
  • ✔ We are so confident in our packaging, we offer 100% Breakage Insurance. Just film your unboxing

Refund Policy

  • ✔ We accept the refund request if there is a major mismatch in quality, size, color or design or in case an item is missing/wrong/damage in a combo order.
  • ✔ Microscopic defects that are not visible when the products are installed will not be entertained. Minor size, color or design changes are also not entertained.
  • ✔ Once the product has been picked up, the Refund is processed on the next 5-7 working days with the same transaction mode.

REFUND POLICY B2B ORDERS

  • Order Cancellation Window: Clients may request order cancellations within 24 hours of order confirmation. Any such request must be made in writing via email or official communication channels. 
  • Non-Cancellation After 24 Hours: After the 24-hour window, the order cannot be cancelled under any circumstances, as procurement and production processes are initiated immediately. 
  • Non-Refundable Payments: Any advance or full payments made towards order confirmation are non-refundable, regardless of any subsequent cancellation requests after the stipulated 24-hour period.
  • Custom Orders & Large Quantities: For customized products or large quantity orders, cancellations are not permitted once the order is confirmed, even within the 24-hour period, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

NOTE FOR RETURN

    • ✔ The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
    • ✔ The product should have the original packaging and tags in place.
    • ✔ Items without the original tags will not be accepted.
    • ✔ Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
    • ✔ Return/Exchange requests that are not raised within the return period (Refer product page) the product would not be accepted.
