Return and Refund Policy

Cancelation Policy

  • ✔ In case there is an order cancellation. Please do so before it is shipped. Once the product is shipped it can't be cancelled using our website.

Return Policy

  • ✔ Return/Exchange is available for selected products only. The return information is available on the product page on the website. The return policy of a product can be changed without prior notice.
  • ✔ In case we do not have pick up service available at your location. You would have to self-ship the product to our office Address.
  • ✔ Return/Exchange charges may apply on case to case basis.

Refund Policy

  • ✔ We accept the refund request if there is a mismatch in quality, size, color or design or in case an item is missing/wrong/damage in a combo order.
  • ✔ Once the product has been picked up, the Refund is processed on the next 5-7 working days with the same transaction mode.

REFUND POLICY B2B ORDERS

  • Order Cancellation Window: Clients may request order cancellations within 24 hours of order confirmation. Any such request must be made in writing via email or official communication channels. 
  • Non-Cancellation After 24 Hours: After the 24-hour window, the order cannot be cancelled under any circumstances, as procurement and production processes are initiated immediately. 
  • Non-Refundable Payments: Any advance or full payments made towards order confirmation are non-refundable, regardless of any subsequent cancellation requests after the stipulated 24-hour period.
  • Custom Orders & Large Quantities: For customized products or large quantity orders, cancellations are not permitted once the order is confirmed, even within the 24-hour period, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

NOTE FOR RETURN

    • ✔ The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
    • ✔ The product should have the original packaging and tags in place.
    • ✔ Items without the original tags will not be accepted.
    • ✔ Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
    • ✔ Return/Exchange requests that are not raised within the return period (Refer product page) the product would not be accepted.
