Do you ship pan-India?

Yes — 200+ cities. Some remote pin codes may add 1–2 days.

How do I track my order?

Use the Track Order page with your order # and email. We also SMS + WhatsApp the AWB.

Are there delivery charges?

Free across India on all orders. Express delivery in 2 days (+₹499) is available in metro cities only.

Can I change my delivery address?

Within 24 hours of placing your order — yes. WhatsApp us.

Payments & EMI

What payment methods do you accept?

UPI, all major cards, net banking, partial COD, and 0% EMI for 3–6 month tenures.

How does 0% EMI work?

Via Razorpay. No extra charges. Available on most cards and EMI cards. Starts from ₹499/month.

Is COD available?

Yes — pay 10% at checkout and the rest on delivery.

Is my payment secure?

All payments are processed through Razorpay with 256-bit SSL. We never store card details.

Returns & Refunds

What's your return policy?

7 days. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

How do I return an item?

WhatsApp or email us. We schedule a reverse pickup within 48 hours. Return courier charges are borne by you.

When do I get the refund?

Refunded to original payment method within 7 business days of pickup.

What if the product arrives damaged?

Every order is breakage insured. Record an unboxing video when the package is delivered — we ship a free replacement within 48 hours.

Are your lights designed for Indian voltage?

Yes — all fixtures rated 220–240V, 50Hz. BIS, CE, and RoHS certified.

What bulb type do most fixtures use?

E27 LED is most common. Each product page lists exact type and wattage.

Are bulbs included?

Yes — bulbs are included free with every order.

How long is the warranty?

2-year comprehensive warranty on every fixture. Hardware and driver covered.

Installation

Do you offer installation service?

We can arrange an electrician at an additional charge. The fee varies by location, and the service is available through our pan-India network.

How long does install take?

20–120 minutes depending on fixture size and ceiling type.

Can I install it myself?

Most fixtures, yes. We include an illustrated manual and video walkthrough. For chandeliers over 8kg, we recommend a pro.

What if I can't find the manual?

Download from your account page or WhatsApp us — we resend instantly.

Can you do custom designs?

Yes — custom diameters, finishes, and bespoke fixtures with 3-week lead time.
