BUYING GUIDE & FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

What should I compare before choosing a light?

Compare the selected product’s dimensions, light source, mounting requirements, controls, material description and intended location. Use the product page for item-specific details and contact Bliss & Birch if a purchase-critical specification is missing.

How fast is shipping across India?

We offer insured shipping. Delivery timing depends on product availability and destination. Contact us through the WhatsApp number or email address shown on our website for the current estimate.

What should I do if a fixture arrives damaged during transit?

Every package is covered for transit damage. If any glass shade or component is damaged during transit, contact us through the WhatsApp number or email address shown on our website. We advise reporting within 5 days of delivery; later reports are still accepted. Photos or an unboxing video are helpful but not required, and a free replacement is processed after the report.
